Reel Shimano Nasci 1000 FB

The new model Nasci FB is the first reel Shimano P4 series with Hagane gears. The reel is a direct reflection of Japanese precision, has gear ratio 5.0: 1 and performance is the equivalent of four ball bearings and one bearing for instant anti reverse. The new body is made ​​of modernized composite material XGT-7, which is very durable, yet lightweight. Hagane Gear - Highly durable cold-forged aluminum drive gear :

With amazing strength and durability, the HAGANE Gear is at the very heart of the reel. Shimano, through the application of state-of-the-art technologies, gives you the long-lasting smoothness and pleasure that you feel when you first use a reel, over and over again. No cutting work is applied to the teeth of the drive gear. Instead the entire surface is calculated in minute detail by special 3D design and then formed by Shimano’s cold forging technology. X - Ship :

By supporting the pinion gear on both ends with our S-ARB bearings and integrating a bigger drive gear Shimano increased the gearing efficiency and power. This results in a fishing reel with ulta-light handle rotation; less effort & power giving a perfect rotation even under heavy loads.

Power Roller :

The special design of the Shimano Power Roller significantly reduces line twist during the retrieve and is a big advantage when using thin mono and braid.

Super Stopper II :

With the reel set in anti-reverse mode you'll find zero free-play on the handle thanks to Super Stopper II. Unerringly positive every time, its practical benefits include micro increment settings of quiver tips or specialist bite indicators and faster hook setting.

AR-C Spool :

A spool design with a V-shape spool lip ensuring that the line comes off the reel in smaller loops for further and more accurate casting. The AR-C spool will minimise the risk of backlash.

Varispeed II :

Good quality line lay is the most important feature for precise, long and accurate casting. Shimano´s revolutionary Varispeed System consists of two specially designed gears. One is oval and the other a remarkable square shape!
